I recommend taking Aloe Vera as a tablet because liquid aloe has a very bad taste! In addition, it has several disadvantages. Aloe liquid can degrade due to bacteria or oxidation, which decreases its beneficial effects and may even be potentially harmful to health. By taking only the right elements of Aloe Vera without its watery part, the risk of spoiling the product is zero.
Also, it is much more convenient to consume Aloe Vera as a tablet/capsules rather than juice. The juice of the aloe must be refrigerated at all times and can only be kept for a few days.
It is thus impossible to carry it with you. Aloe Vera tablet can be stored much longer (many years!). We can bring it when we go to the restaurant to take a pill after our meal, at the gym before exercising or in the office when the ventilation system dries our skin.
